1) Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

2) Scope of Services
We provide shared hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and related services. The Services are intended for legitimate business or personal website hosting. Misuse or unauthorized purposes are not permitted.
3) Proper Usage & Restrictions
You agree not to use the Services for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Distribution of spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Hosting adult, abusive, or offensive material.
- Resource abuse that impacts other customers.
4) Uptime & Availability
We aim to maintain high service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Unexpected downtime may occur, and while we strive to minimize it, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
5) Security Obligations
While we maintain server-level security, you are responsible for securing your applications, passwords, and software. Running outdated or vulnerable scripts may result in suspension to protect the server environment.
6) Data Management & Backups
We may provide routine backups, but these are not guaranteed. You are strongly advised to maintain your own backups to prevent data loss. We are not liable for data lost due to your negligence.
7) Customer Support
Support is available via our ticket system and email. Response times vary based on severity and subscription level. Misuse of support channels (abuse, spam) may result in restricted access.
8) Billing & Service Renewal
- Invoices are due on the specified date and must be paid promptly.
- Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or termination.
- Renewals are your responsibility; missed payments may result in service loss.
9) Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if you violate these ToS, our Acceptable Use Policy, or fail to pay. Data may be deleted following termination.
10) Third-Party Services
Some Services rely on third-party providers (e.g., domain registries, SSL issuers). Their policies and performance are beyond our control. By using such Services, you agree to comply with third-party terms.
11) Limitations of Service
Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
12) Changes to ToS
We may update these ToS from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on our website or by email. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
13) Governing Law
These ToS are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of Norway, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
